The independent regulator called the Care Quality Commission (CQC) rated each service on whether they are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The CQC have been evaluating the services provided by the City Council for the past 18 months.

“This recognition by the CQC is a testament to the consistent hard work and effort of all the staff.
“We will all continue to work hard to try to ensure these high standards are maintained and our next aim is for all our in-house services to be rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC.”
