The deadline to register your vote is fast approaching, and those who miss out might not be able vote.
Anyone hoping to cast a vote in the European Referendum or Police and Crime Commissioner elections must register by midnight on 18 April 2016 – or face missing the opportunity to vote.
We asked some shoppers whether they have registered, the majority said they did participate in politics, and those who told us they didn’t, did not wish to be filmed. Here’s why some people believe it’s important to be able to go to the polls.
