Driver recovering in hospital after lorry overturns on A52

A lorry driver was cut free after his HGV overturned on the A52.

The accident happened at around 8pm on Wednesday close to the Saxondale island.

Fire crews from Bingham and West Bridgford attended, alongside a specialist rescue unit.

The driver was taken to hospital and is being treated for minor injuries.
