Family of missing Notts man informed after body found in River Trent

The family of a missing Nottinghamshire man have been made aware of a body discovered by police in the River Trent in Newark.
Officers were called at around 1.20pm on Tuesday (February 27) to a report of a body being found.
While formal identification is yet to take place, Ian Cree’s family have been made aware of the discovery.
Ian was reported missing on January 21.
