Nottingham Forest will play Chelsea for the first time in more than 10 years after the two teams were drawn against each other in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The draw took place in China at 4.15am this morning (Thursday August 24) and will see the Reds travel to the home of the Premier League champions.
The match is scheduled to be played in the week commencing Monday September 18.
The last time the two teams faced each other was in the fourth round of the FA Cup in 2007.
Nottingham Forest haven’t beaten Chelsea in more than 20 years when the Reds ran out 2-0 winners at the City Ground on January 11 1997.

This comes after Nottingham Forest won at Newcastle United in the second round of the cup in a 3-2 win in extra time.
Aleksander Mitrovic scored after just two minutes to put the Magpies ahead against the Reds.
Jason Cummings then scored a quick-fire second half brace to put Forest 2-1 up before Rolando Aarons equalised to make the score 2-2 going into half-time.
The second half remained goalless before Tyler Walker poked home from close range following a bullet header from a Jack Hobbs header from a corner.

Speaking to iFollow Forest, Danny Fox said the players had to dig deep but was pleased with his side’s performance.
He said: “The boys dug in and the gaffer made a few changes which shows we have great strength in depth.
“I think we should have won in the 90 minutes, especially with the chances we created in the first half and with Jason hitting the bar.
“I think we deserved it and we showed a lot of character to come back after going 1-0 down after only a few minutes and then for them to score right before half time.
“We dug in and got the job done and now we are in the next round.”
