Friday Food from The 6:30 Show kitchen

As summertime and lighter evenings approach are you looking for a new dish to tantalise your taste buds but have no inspiration for what to put on your plate?

Anna Del Bouno, owner of Italian restaurant Reno’s on Alfreton Road, and fellow chef, Giuseppe Caserta popped into The 6:30 Show kitchen to give us the secret to their ‘pasta a tricolore con salchicha e pomodorini freschi.’

Loosely translated to ‘three coloured pasta with Italian sausage and vine tomatoes,’ the traditional dish is made with home made sausage mince and three different types of pasta and can be ready in less than 10 minutes.
