A giant inflatable indoor obstacle course could be on its way to Nottingham.

Wacky World, the company organising a touring inflatable obstacle course, is stopping in Manchester, Bolton, Blackburn, Blackpool and Preston between March and April.

And the company says plans are in the pipeline to come to Nottingham – although an official date and location are yet to be announced.

There will be more than 20 interactive activities from giant inflatable slides and bouncy castles to disco domes, total wipe out machines, bungee runs, rodeo rides and more.

The company claims to be the UK’s “biggest indoor inflatable arena event” and aim to bring “a unique entertainment experience never seen before all under one roof”.

It is aimed at kids aged five to 13 and there are adult only sessions for 18-plus.

Managing director Darren Ofsarnie said: “It’s definitely something we’re looking at – we’re just trying to find a suitable venue in the area.

“We’ve got dates nationwide at the minute.

“We are, bit by bit, trying to get round each area and Nottingham is an area we’re looking actively at.

“We’re trying to find a venue and we need to find a large space to make Wacky World work.”

Wacky World is run by Fun Leisure UK, an event hire company based in Lancashire.

It was set up after managing director Haydn Price had his first child and looked for ideas to entertain his child.

Each session lasts for 90 minutes giving kids the chance to let loose, before being entertained by a magic and game show entertainer at the end of each session.
