Most people will be aware that when you order that coffee with sprinkles of chocolate, double whipped cream and an extra couple of spoonfulls of the white stuff, that it will contain some sugar.
But some might be surprised to hear some of the best-loved drinks at big high street chains contain as much as 25 tea spoons of sugar.
According to figures from the campaign group Action on Sugar, 98 per cent of the one hundred and thirty one hot flavoured drinks from the big boys would carry a ‘red’ warning for excessive levels of sugar. So how much do you have in yours?
