The International Postcard Show features a mix of both local artists and international contributors

Volunteers at an over 20-year-old exhibition in Sneinton say it’s going stronger than ever as artworks continue to be delivered from around the world.

The International Postcard Show at Surface Gallery has been a staple since at least 1992, and continues to attract attention from around the globe as it returns to Nottingham in 2025.

Artists from countries such as Japan, Thailand and the USA have contributed to the hundreds of postcards arranged across the walls, with designs ranging from painting to photographs.

Some of the postcards are on sale for visitors to buy and they can also vote for which design they liked best, with the top designs receiving prizes.
