Labour’s Graham Allen holds Nottingham North

MP for Nottingham North, Graham Allen

Labour hold the Nottingham North seat with candidate Graham Allen polling 19,283 votes.

Conservative Louise Burfitt-Dons came second with 7423 votes. UKIP’s Stephen Crosby was third with 4,900 votes.

In his acceptance speech Mr Allen drew attention to the increase in the number of people voting for him. He increased his vote by three thousand compared to five years ago.

The declaration came in at 6:33am.
