A 68-year-old man has appeared in court following an attempted abduction of a 3-year-old boy in Eastwood.
Alan Martin, 68 of Brunel Avenue, Newthorpe is charged with attempted abduction of a child, by a person other than a parent. He didn’t enter a plea.
The charge relates to an alleged incident in Princes Street in Eastwood just after 4.30 pm on Monday May 11.
Martin, who will be kept in custody, is next due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on June 5th.
