A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was found seriously injured in Old Basford.
Police say enquiries are ongoing into the incident, which happened on Coniston Avenue, off Thorndale Road, at around 3am on Friday (August 4).
A woman was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre with serious injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The 34-year-old man remains in police custody being questioned by detectives.
