A man has been charged in connection with a £3.5million cannabis grow found in Palmerston House on Mount Street on August 7 2017.
Mohammed Qamar Zaman, 35, of St George’s Place, Elizabeth Street, Bradford was arrested on March 8.
He now faces nine charges – kidnap, production of cannabis, holding a person for slavery, forcing a person to perform compulsory labour, facilitating travel of a person with a view for exploitation, false imprisonment, theft of a motor vehicle, witness intimidation and abstracting electricity.
Zaman appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on March 9 and was remanded.
He is due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on April 6.
