A motorcyclist died following a crash on the A616 in Nottinghamshire, police have announced.
The collision involved a VW Passat and Yamaha motorcycle and happened in Budby Road, Cuckney, at about 4pm on Thursday 15 March 2018. The motorcyclist, who has not been named by officers, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Although it happened on Thursday, Police released details of the incident on Monday (March 19).
The driver of the car was taken to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre for treatment of minor injuries.
Police asked anyone who saw the vehicles before the collision, or who witnessed the crasg itself, to contact them on 101 quoting incident 549 of March 15.
