The nominations for the 2016 Nottinghamshire Sport Awards are open until Sunday (December 4).
Now in its 25th year, the awards recognise the best of Nottinghamshire sport, from elite athletes to local clubs and community volunteers.
Last year’s winners included speed skater Elise Christie, Paralympic swimmer Ollie Hynd MBE and local club Notts Gymnastics Academy.

You can nominate either online or by submitting a written form.
To make a nomination for the club of the year category, there is a different online link and a different written form.
The awards will be held at the Nottingham Conference Centre on Wednesday February 1 2017.
