Four Nottingham teenagers have returned from the European Championships in Spain, with four medals.
Nesta, WIlliam, Fin and Conor returned from Spain with two Golds, a Silver a Bronze between them.
The team train at the Team Elite Kickboxing in Beeston and were specially selected out of candidates all across the UK.
One of the Gold medallists was William Taylor who has been Kickboxing since he was eight-years-old.
William who has been competing for several years didn’t realise at first he had won.
He said: .”It was Incredible – this was my sixth year going out there and it was amazing. I got a gold and when I won I didn’t realise I had won.”

The teenager hopes that in the future he will be able to compete in the adult competition scene.
William added: “That’s where the major titles lie and that’s where your going to get the top dogs and you can show your worth.”

Another medal winner was Nesta Baxter who started kickboxing when she was about four-years-old as her mum and dad wanted her to learn about self defence.
The teenager who travels an hour and a half, three times a week from her home town in Boston said the experience of winning was ‘incredible’.
She said: “I literally collapsed and couldn’t stop crying for 20 minutes it just meant so much to me and all of they guys. It was an incredible moment.”
“I’ve been with GB for three years and to come back with a Gold and Silver medal is simply amazing.”
Next year the the Nottingham team are hoping to travel to Dublin to compete and hopefully bring back some more winning titles.
