Nottinghamshire swimmers Ollie Hynd, Charlotte Henshaw and James Crisp are off to Rio this summer after being selected in the squad that will compete in the 2016 Paralympic games.

The trio will be gunning for the gold in their respective pool events.

Hynd, 21, grew up in Mansfield and suffers from neuromuscular myopathy. He will be hoping to build on his earlier paralympic achievements of one gold, one silver and a bronze.

James Crisp took bronze in the 2004 games in Athens.

Tibial hypoplasia sufferer Charlotte Henshaw is set to go to her first games this summer and will hope her experience in the European Championships will stand her in good stead.
