Notts County have signed former Welsh international defender Richard Duffy on a one-year deal.
Duffy, 30, who won 13 caps for Wales between 2005-2008, comes to Meadow Lane having spent four seasons at League One Port Vale.
He established himself as a first-choice centre-back making 136 appearances for the club.
He began his career at Swansea, before making a move to Premier League Portsmouth, where he spent spells on loan at Burnley, Coventry and Swansea. This was followed by a permanent move to Millwall and a three-year spell at Exeter City.
The signing of Duffy adds another player with experience of winning promotion from League Two, having finished third with Port Vale in the 2012-13 season.
Duffy told the club website: “When they gave me a call and said would you want to come, there was only one answer really.
“I hope to bring a bit of experience and leadership.”
