People are less likely to remember faces and names if they don’t get around eight hours sleep a night, a new study reveals.
The work by investigators at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, US, suggests memory improves the more rest you get.
It comes after several other studies showed some people are getting less sleep because the light from mobile devices stops their brains from settling into restful snoozing.
