An analogue black hole is created in Nottingham 15.06.17
It looks like something out of a sci fi film but this green vortex is in fact real. It’s called an analogy black hole and has been created at the University of Nottingham. And as if that’s not mesmerising enough, its acutally aided ground breaking research in the world of physics. Richard Minkley’s been for a whirl in the black hole lab.
