New £1 million Dale Centre in Sneinton 12.07.17
After a one million pound investment, the new dale center was opened today. The building consists of a new ground floor library, an administrative center for the local police force above and even a lovely garden at the back. But in a fast moving world, Richard Minkley went to find out what people expect from a modern library.
