Nottingham’s bid to be the European Capital of Culture has been delivered to London 27.10.17

Today marks the start of the city’s campaign to become the 2023 European capital of culture as the bid was delivered to London. To celebrate, a six foot 2023 was placed in the Old Market Square for you to draw a portrait on in support of the bid. Danielle Hall reports.
