Notts project “live tweeting” the 1997 General Election campaign 20 years on – 05.04.17

A unique project – run by the University of Nottingham’s politics department – is currently tweeting events of the 1997 General Election campaign – exactly as they happened – this time 20 years ago. The New Dawn project charts the run up to Labour’s landslide victory after eighteen years of opposition.
