A teenage British Formula Four driver – who had to have both legs amputated after a high speed crash – says he’s not ready to give up motorsport yet. Billy Monger hit the back of a stationary car at Donington Park on the sixteenth of April. He spent nearly a month at The Queens Medical Centre.
