Stonebaked Pizza Co. is the latest restaurant to close in the Victoria Centre.

Another restaurant in the Victoria Centre’s clock tower dining area has closed its doors.

Stonebaked Pizza Co. shut on Wednesday (March 15), becoming the latest business in the Nottingham centre’s redeveloped eatery hub to leave inside six months.

Joe’s Kitchen shut in October, and Coast to Coast closed last month. Another Stonebaked Pizza Co. in Leicester is still trading.

Nigel Wheatley, general manager of Victoria Centre owners intu, said: “We’re sorry to hear Stonebaked Pizza Co. has closed and we’d like to wish their staff members all the very best.

“We’re constantly working hard to refresh our store line-up with new and exciting retailers to give our visitors the best possible shopping experience.

“We are currently in discussions with a number of restaurants which are keen to have a store in our centre.

“We’ve just welcomed Briidgee fast food this weekend and will soon be welcoming Nottingham Street Food Club to our Clocktower dining area in the forthcoming months.”

Stonebaked Pizza Co. has not yet responded to requests for comment.

The restaurant offered unlimited pizza toppings, build your own salads and a machine that let customers create their own soft drink.

The clock tower dining area at the centre opened in November 2015 as part of a £40 million refurbishment programme.
