Thieves targeting cabling and electronics have been stealing batteries from speed warning signs in Nottinghamshire.
Police say batteries were taken from the interactive mobile signs on Leake Road, Gotham, and Park Lane, Sutton Bonington overnight on Sunday (October 22).
On the same night, several batteries were stolen from machinery at a building site in Flawforth Lane, Ruddington.
And cabling was also taken over the weekend from a quarry site on Rempstone Lane, East Leake.
Nottinghamshire Police asked anyone with information about any of the thefts to contact them on 101.
