Watch: The Nottingham cafe where buying a coffee could help change a life

Watch: How The Robe Room helps staff make the step into work.

A cafe at Nottingham’s National Justice Museum is helping young adults with learning difficulties prepare for working life.

The Robe Room, run in partnership with Community Interest Company Pulp Friction, helps staff develop social and professional skills that’ll set them up for life.

The venue inside the museum on High Pavement also uses surplus food from supermarkets to turn produce that would have gone to landfill into cakes, biscuits, sandwiches and other dishes.
