Big stage entertainment from local and professional entertainers over the weekend starting with the Youth Service on stage mid-day Saturday and Sunday morning opens with the Arnold Churches Together morning service.  Favourites also include Fun Dog Show, BBM Flypast, children’s fun fair & activity marquee, sports taster sessions and competitions, craft, charity & information stalls, street entertainers and food & drink court.  SEN Chill Out Zone.  Free entertainment on both days for all the family.

 

Sherwood Art Week 2016

Now in its 8th yearSherwood Art Week is a celebration of local creativity with opportunities for emerging artists, as well as professionals, to showcase their work.

Throughout the week, there are 2hr taster workshops at various venues. They book up fast, so do call and book your place in advance.

Exhibitions will take place on the final weekend Friday 24 – Sunday 26 June. The grand finale is the Remarkable Recycling Gala at Sherwood Community Centre on Sunday 26 June.

A lovely day out for the whole family with workshops, performances and craft stalls, all with a recycling theme.
