A woman has died in Southwell after being hit by a car yesterday (Thursday November 9) evening.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm on The Ropewalk where the female pedestrian was treated by medical staff at the scene but died.
The road was closed yesterday but has since reopened.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Notts Police on 101 quoting incident number 638 of November 9.
