A60 Mansfield Road in Nottingham re-opens after serious accident

The A60 in Nottingham has re-opened after a serious accident in Daybrook.
The route was closed in both directions after the incident at the junction with Sir John Robinson Way, close to the old Home Ales building.

Motorists were advised to avoid the area and Notts Police were at the scene directing traffic.
The road re-opened at around 10.20am and congestion around the area has since eased.
