‘Baby bank’ supporting Nottingham families warns more people are struggling to afford basics for children

Some Nottingham families can no longer afford basic needs for their babies, the leader of a city ‘baby bank’ is warning.

Around Again is based at The Vine Community Centre in Hyson Green and provides free clothes and items like pushchairs.

The organisation helps around forty families each week. But now, the increasing demand means they are running out of stock.

Leaders say they now can’t help as many families as they want to. Maria Rubio reports.
