A bronze-coloured statue is believed to have been stolen from a grave stone in a Nottinghamshire cemetery.
The incident in the cemetery on Lammas Road in Sutton-in-Ashfield is thought to have happened at some point over the past two weeks.
Officers investigating the theft are appealing for information.
