Chilwell man charged in connection with firearms incident

A 26 year old man from Chilwell has been charged in connection with a firearms incident that happened on Friday (September 30).

Lamarr Marquis, of Gayrigg Court in Chilwell, has been charged with two counts of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

He has also been charged with one count of possession of a prohibited weapon and one count of possession of prohibited ammunition.

Marquis is due to appear before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Monday October 3).
