Video: Colin Barrett talks to Christian Hewgill on Sports Week
Nottingham Forest legend Colin Barrett says he expects the club’s protracted search for a new manager to end within a fortnight.
Barrett told Notts TV’s Sports Week it was time for the club to make an appointment amid growing speculation about the empty hot seat.
He said: “I would have hoped somebody would be in place by now but I’m assuming that they’re talking to a lot of people.
“The longer it goes on, the people that they could hire becomes less and less.
“I would expect an announcement within a fortnight.”
The sixth episode of the show features the best bits of the Archery European Championships held in Notts and Notts County’s John Sheridan on his new role in the Meadow Lane dugout.
