Forest boss Dougie Freedman says he and his Forest players need to “control their emotions” during Friday’s crunch clash with Derby County.
The reds manager is no stranger to local derbies, having coached Crystal Palace and Bolton in games against Brighton and Blackburn respectively.

The current climates at both clubs could not be more different.
The reds have not registered a single win in their last eight outings.
Derby, on the other hand, are unbeaten in ten.
It is not all doom and gloom for Forest however, they have captain Henri Lansbury and midfielder David Vaughan back from suspension and both are likely to return to the starting eleven.
The Rams did announce this morning that left-back Craig Forsyth will miss the game and could be out for the rest of the season. Stephen Warnock is the likely replacement.
The game kicks off at 7.30pm on Friday, tickets are still available on the Nottingham Forest website or you can watch the game on Sky Sports 1.
