What should have been in the budget?

George Osborne is set to reveal the budget – setting out his economic plans for the future of the country.

He is expected to announce a rise in fuel duty, higher tax relief on pensions and £4 billion of savings before 2020.

We asked the Nottingham public what they would include in the plans if they were Chancellor of the Exchequer.
