Nottinghamshire Police have arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of rape following an incident on Maid Marian Way.
It follows a report of a 24-year-old woman being attacked in the early hours of Saturday June 9.
The man remains in police custody and will be interviewed by detectives.
