A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an assault in New Basford and a second assault in Forest Fields.
Notts Police were called to reports of an assault on Duke Street in New Basford at around 7.57pm on Wednesday (October 25) where a woman was taken to hospital with minor injuries and has since been discharged.
The force also received a report of an assault on Leslie Avenue in Forest Fields at around 7pm on Wednesday (October 25) where a man was taken to hospital with head injuries and has since been discharged.
The 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and has been released under investigation.
Anyone with any information about the incidents is asked to call Notts Police on 101 quoting incident numbers 800 (New Basford) and 732 (Forest Fields) of October 25.
