Video: The scene of the stabbing
A 21-year-old man was stabbed in Radford outside an off licence.
Police were called to an incident on Ilkeston Road at around 5pm on Tuesday following the assault.
Officers say two men carried out the attack while the victim was sat in his silver Vauxhall Corsa car outside Bargain Booze.
The suspects were seen fleeing from the scene in a black car.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance with injuries to his leg and hands. They are not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering.
Officers are investigating and are urging anyone with who witnessed the incident, saw a black car leaving the scene or anyone who has any other information to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 600 May 10.
