Paw Patrol Live is coming to Nottingham in the summer

Nick Jr.’s PAW Patrol’s live show is coming to Nottingham after additional dates were added to their UK tour.

PAW Patrol is a Canadian animated TV series about a boy named Ryder who leads a pack of rescue dogs.

The live show, called ‘Race to the Rescue’, is about Mayor Goodway going missing during the day of the Great Adventure Bay Race with the dogs coming to the rescue.

Three shows will take place at the Motorpoint Arena on August 9, at 10.30am, 1.30pm and 4.30pm.

Producer Jim Waters of VStar Entertainment Group, one of the presenters of the live show, said: “Using Bunraku, puppetry elements are built into costumes worn by real actors to create a wonderful combination of life-size pups and to make a stronger connection with the audience.

“The PAW Patrol cast sings and dances, which brings a fun, realistic parallel between the animated series and the live show.”

Tickets start from £28 and will be available on general sale from Thursday April 13 at 9am online, over the phone on 0843 373 3000 or in person at the Motorpoint Arena Box Office.
