A Nottingham Forest fan from Bulwell has bagged a £250k jackpot after correctly predicting all six football scores in the Soccer Saturday Super 6.
Stuart McClung was the fourth winner of this season’s Sky Sports prediction game thanks to victories from Manchester United, Sunderland, Swansea, Stoke, West Brom and Newcastle in the Premier League and a win for Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.
Stuart overcame odds of approximately 214,580 to one to pocket a huge £250,000 – with only one per cent of entries correctly guessing Sheffield Wednesday’s upset over promotion hopefuls Middlesbrough.
Speaking to the Sky Sports website after nailing a perfect six, he said: “I’ve been playing for a few months but never expected to win.
“We just do it for a bit of a laugh and I normally don’t normally even check it.”
