Notts County Ladies have been given more than three months to clear their debts with HMRC.
The Ladypies have been given until July 3 to repay their debts, the second time that a winding up order for the club has been adjourned.
The case was initially adjourned on February 6 for 49 days over money that Notts County Ladies owe to HM Revenue and Customs.
In a statement, club owner Alan Hardy said: “I am very grateful for the extra time permitted and now the hard work must continue to preserve the future of Notts County Ladies FC.
“We are working hard to restructure the business to make it more sustainable.
“It’s a very challenging business model, with low commercial revenue streams making us reliant on sponsorship and ticketing income.
“I have some exciting plans for the ladies set-up, including the implementation of an academy for girls across the county, and we will not let our plans go to waste without a fight.”
Notts County Ladies were knocked out of the FA Cup at the quarter-final stages yesterday (Sunday March 26) after losing 2-0 to Liverpool.
The Ladypies start their Women’s Super League Division 1 campaign away at Boreham Wood against Arsenal on Sunday April 23.
