A woman whose car was involved in a fatal crash in Haddon Road has been fined for allowing it to be driven without insurance.
27-year-old Karris Dean, has admitted allowing James Stafford to drive her car even though he wasn’t insured to drive it.
James Stafford was driving the Citroen D23 when it struck a pedestrian in Haddon Road, Mansfield.
The pedestrian, Sarah Redfern, 31, died from her injuries and Stafford was jailed for nine years for causing death by dangerous driving.
Karis Dean from Mansfield, has been fined £455 with a £45 victim surcharge and ordered to pay costs of £150.
She has also been disqualified from driving for 18 months.
