Following a robbery committed in broad daylight in a cemetery, Nottinghamshire Police have issued CCTV footage and a photo of a man they want to speak to.
A 22-year-old woman was walking through the Nottingham General Cemetery in the Arboretum at around 4:15pm on Wednesday 24 June, having entered from Waverley Street.
A man followed her and then walked past her before pulling her to the ground and demanding money.
She handed over a small amount of cash and the man then left the scene.
The victim was not injured, but was left shaken by the incident.
If anyone recognises the man in the CCTV pictures, which were taken just minutes prior to the incident, they should telephone Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 572 of 24 June.
