A Notts woman who had life save surgery is hoping to swim, run and cycle her way to a gold medal at this weekend’s World Triathlon Championships. Michelle Willcocks suffers from ulcerative colitis and had surgery to remove her bowel and fit a stoma bag, as Danielle Hall reports.
