A 50-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing the death of a motorcyclist in a Sneinton crash has been released on bail.
He was detained yesterday after the rider, 56, died on the A612 Daleside Road just after 6.30am.
Officers arrested him on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop at the scene of a collision. He has now been bailed pending further enquiries.
Police are still keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or the moments leading up to it.
