Police are investigating after a man’s body was found on the A610 at Giltbrook in the early hours of Monday.
The road was closed in both directions following the discovery just before 3.45am.
Officers say the route re-opened at around 6.45am after the body was recovered and the scene examined by specialist officers.
Police say while the exact circumstances are not yet clear, they do not think the death is suspicious.
