Five people have been arrested after a man was stabbed at a house in Lenton.
It happened inside the property on Sherwin Road at around 11.20pm on Wednesday.
Police were called and found a man with a stab wound to one of his arms.
Five people, three men and two woman, were arrested in connection with the incident.
The victim, 50, is recovering at the Queen’s Medical Centre.
A police spokesman said: “His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.”
A cordon is still in place around the house and forensic specialists have been examining the scene.
The people arrested, aged between 26 and 51, are being questioned in police custody.
