A candlelit memorial walk will take place to raise money for the funeral of the 13-year-old from Mansfield who went missing.
Amber Peat’s body was found by officers looking for the missing teenager from Mansfield. Members of the local community and Nottinghamshire Police spent three days searching for her.
A post mortem examination confirmed that the 13-year-old died from hanging.
A memorial walk has been organised for Monday evening at 5:30pm, which will end near the tree where Amber was found.
People attending the walk are being asked to donate £1 which will be given to the family of Amber Peat to help with the funeral costs.
