Nottingham Forest announce Frank McParland as new Director of Football

Nottingham Forest have announced Frank McParland as the Reds’ new Director of Football.

McParland, 56, has joined the club on a temporary basis until the summer with a view to making the role permanent.

He most recently spent time as head of recruitment at Rangers.

McParland has worked in senior roles at Liverpool, Watford, Brentford and Burnley, overseeing the recruitment of young players including Raheem Sterling and Jordan Ibe for Liverpool.

He also recruited Scott Hogan and Andre Gray for Brentford.
